Made a reservation two weeks out because we were going on vacation that weekend. Dropped my truck off at 7:50 for an 8 o’clock reservation. I was the only other vehicle in the bay and oil change line. I told the service advisor that I needed my vehicle back no later than 11 I tried calling twice and was sent to voicemail twice I came back at 1, and my truck had not even been touched yet, this is not the first time this has happened.

Dealer was great. My New SilveradoTruck has a problem with a Shudder and GM has no Fix!!! They Need to address this soon.

Evidently the service department doesn't return voice mail. Would love to know when the work is done. They have an answering service that answers calls, then directs them to the appropriate voice mail, then at their leisure they will call back (for us it was6 hours), so if you want to talk with someone in a timely manner you need to go in person.
