I like to acknowledge excellent service when received. Jason Willis in the parts department deserves some acknowledgement. We had an issue with one of our vehicles that required some assistance. Due to several complications, a seemingly simple problem proved to be more challenging than anyone expected. After 2 days of trying to resolve our issue through other means, we finally reached out to the dealership. It required some zigging and some zagging and a bit of time beyond standard closing time, but Jason came through for us. Thank you, Jason, for going the extra mile and getting our issue resolved.

Nice people, but I didn't like the upcharge every time. They come in and talk to you about the car. They want to upcharge you.

Excellent service and super friendly and helpful staff. We were on a long drive from Nashville to the NC coast when our Escalade died on an interstate ramp. Oiur vehicle was towed to Riverside and we were greeted by friendly faces and extremely helpful staff. They fit us into their service schedule, repaired the vehicle, and got us back in the road. They even fussed over our balck labs that traveled with us. Great business!
